Job Description

Summary of Position
It is the responsibility of each employee of the Chamber of Commerce to present a positive team approach to their work, to be flexible, and at times be willing to perform tasks outside of their primary responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the arranging and scheduling of specific meetings; preparing and insuring delivery of correspondence; assisting with newcomers, visitors and members to maintain a positive impression of the community and the Chamber; and assisting with various committees and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or the President.
