Kaycee joined the Chamber team in the fall of 2025 as the Director of Marketing & Events. Originally from North Carolina, Kaycee is a military spouse and this is their second time being stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, and she loves calling Goldsboro home.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Guilford College and her master’s degree from East Carolina University. She has experience working at private and public colleges and universities, and local experience at Wayne Community College. Her most recent professional experience was as the lead for the Military Team at the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce, where she served as the liaison between the Chamber, local businesses and the Air Force base. She was a member of the 2024-2025 cohort of the Military Spouse Leadership Initiative through the Association of Defense Communities, and is the current Ambassador for Chamber Engagement for Five & Thrive. Kaycee also serves the military community through her volunteer roles as a Key Support Liaison and the Charitable Vice President for the Team Seymour Spouses Club.

Kaycee and her husband have been married for over 5 years and have two beautiful daughters and three cats. Outside of work she loves traveling, hiking, biking, reading, and enjoyed a good cup of coffee.
